Make and keep an activity calender that records the time of day and days of the week you have set aside for your exercise. Keep it up and to it. These times are your times for your health. Only an emergency should keep from your exercising. By making notes of your activities and accomplishments you will build confidence that in turn will spur you on.
Mix it Up. If you want to switch from walking to cycling or a yoga or fitness class, depending on the weather and how you feel, do it. Keep it fun and varied.
Brag about your activity program. It’s one way of staying motivated and will keep you on the program.
Team up with a friend, your spouse or significant other, or a group. Others will motivate you to get out and it’s a social activity besides.
Don’t sweat it if you miss a sessions. Focus on getting back into your routine again
