It also offers information on topics related to the decision process of finding appropriate older adults' housing or services such as health and wellness, legal and financial planning issues, and others.

Do the Providers/Advertisers pay for getting listed?
Yes and No. Because we strive to provide a “full shopping mall” of all providers, we list every type of provider in the careguide.com. There is a fee for providers to provide additional content in TheCareGuide.com.
Does TheCareGuide have any vested interest in any of the Advertisers?
No. We are independent from any provider or group of providers.
How do I request that an Advertiser/provider send me additional information such as a brochure?
To request information of a provider, click on the link titled Email near the top of the provider's details listing to send a basic message to that provider.
How does The Care Guide keep its information up to date?
The Care Guide relies on providers to make sure that the information listed about their residence or services is current and accurate. Care Planning Partners, as part of its research attempts to maintain up to date information on housing providers.
What if an advertiser/provider I am interested in is not listed?
We strive to ensure that all seniors' housing and care service providers are listed. If you are interested in a provider or are aware of a provider which is not listed, please contact us. If you are in contact with the provider directly, we would appreciate it if you would suggest that they should be listed at TheCareGuide.com.
What geographical location does TheCareGuide.com cover?
TheCareGuide.com strives to cover all of Canada. The directory of advertisers/ providers is currently being fully expanded across Canada.
Where do I find and how do I view a virtual reality tour?
Providers who have virtual tours are indicated with a link titled 'Virtual Tour'. To access the virtual tour of a provider, simply click on this link. The tours usually take a minute or two to load, depending upon the speed of your Internet connection.
