What is a CareLead?
A CareLead is someone who has ordered a copy of The Care Guide through our 1-800 number or our website and who has expressed interest in learning more about their options by receiving information directly from seniors' housing and care providers in their area. These represent seniors or families who are at varying points in their research or decision-making process, most likely not fully aware of their needs nor their options.
How does the CareLeads Program work?
